Our Food and Drink Philosophy
We take great pride in our menu and wine list. We source only the best available produce from suppliers who meet our strict quality standards.
Our fish is delivered daily from renowned Scottish fishmongers George Campbell and Sons. Our fish is landed daily in the traditional fishing ports of Scrabster and Fraserborough from top producing boats such as 'Boy Andrew, Sparkling Star, the Caspian and Minerva'. Scallops are harvested from the clean cold waters of Scourie in Sutherland in the north of Scotland. We take pride in using the award winning Loch Duart Salmon renowned for its great taste and the ethical practises used by its' producers.
Our game is specially selected for us by Braehead Foods. Braehead Foods work in conjunction with well established Scottish estates such as Blair Atholl, Ardverike and Balmoral to provide us with wild venison and pigeon. Beef and Lamb are carefully sourced for us by Scotbeef. All our beef products are from natural Scottish pastures and are hung for 21 days. Pork is sourced from the Freedom Food Approved farms of East Anglia and our chicken is corn fed free range, both of which can be traced to its point of origin.
The finer details have also been seen to with all coffee being Fairtrade, our bread being organic wherever possible and our milk being organic from Grahams Family Dairy situated in the central belt of Scotland.
An extensive wine list is available with a wide range of fine wines, specially selected by our company sommelier to compliment your meal and special occasion.
