I am writing with regard to the excellent customer service we received whilst dinning at your establishment on Fri the 25th of July at around 7.30pm. Unfortunately we can not remember our waitress' name, she was working in the Tapestry restaurant and had blonde hair. We would like to highlight that her service made our dining experience a very pleasant and enjoyable one, we were made to feel very welcome and tended too as soon as we arrived due to her friendly and professional approach. The food and service were excellent and we shall certainly be back soon. Thanks!
