Johnny Urquhart, Executive Head Chef, would be happy to discuss a tailor-made menu specifically for your wedding. Special dietary requirements will of course be catered for.

Seasonal melon, Atlantic prawns bound in a Marie Rose sauce
Chicken liver parfait, oatcakes, red onion marmalade
Warm tomato and goats cheese tart, rocket salad
Smoked salmon, brown roll, lemon (£2.50 supplement)

Tomato and red pepper with herb oil
Potato and leek soup with a swirl of cream

Breast of chicken stuffed with haggis, Arran mustard and whisky café au lait
Breast of chicken with sage & onion sausage meat stuffing with a thyme jus
Roast chicken in a chicken jus
Breast of chicken stuffed with smoked cheese and wrapped in Parma ham
Roast rump of beef, Yorkshire puddings, and red wine jus
Roast rib eye of beef, Yorkshire pudding, red wine jus (£5.00 supplement)
Pork loin, applesauce, sage jus
All main courses are served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes
Desserts
Hot apple and cinnamon crumble tart, vanilla ice cream, toffee sauce
Berry Pavlova, mango coulis
